Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced RMS Developer to join a large retail client. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the development and accuracy of our retail merchandising systems (RMS), retail price management (RPM), and retail sales audit systems (ReSA). You will lead the identification, design, and implementation of integration, modeling, and orchestration of complex data using relevant coding languages.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding business requirements and solution approaches for various initiatives, such as data market expansion and distribution expansion. You will streamline business functionality and support digital initiatives. You will be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB), designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions that satisfy business requirements. You will maintain and document interface systems, resolve database performance problems, and support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning. You will create detailed technical designs to build solutions with Oracle Retail Solutions and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data integration and transfer processes. Additionally, you will develop and design complex applications revolving around RMS with an understanding of production support and maintenance processes, work on service-oriented architecture to ensure seamless integration and functionality, build, test, and deploy solutions to meet business requirements, design, develop, and test complex application software, modifying and maintaining existing applications based on standards, and maintain and document interface systems, resolving database performance issues as required.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ strong techno functional experience in oracle retail suites of applications (RMS).
Experience developing for Oracle Retail Merchandise System(RMS), Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Retail Price Management (RPM).
Ability to create Detail Technical Designs to build solutions with Oracle Retail Solution
Expert in oracle PLSQL, Proc, UNIX shell scripting, integration Bus and message services.
Experience in developing and designing complex applications revolving around RMS with understanding of production support, maintenance process.
Experience working on service-oriented architecture.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using a version control system as GIT/GITLAB
Experience with TES or any other Job scheduler
