Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS projects with Agile delivery.
· Proven track record managing Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge).
· Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with hands-on experience facilitating all ceremonies.
· Skilled at backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and release management.
· Servant-leader mindset: supporting and unblocking diverse teams of engineers, BAs, architects, and QA.
· Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar) for backlog tracking, reporting, and transparency.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams. Having worked with product partners.
· Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes while keeping delivery on track.
· Passion for driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.
Proven success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
