Job Description
The IT Project Manager will coordinate, track, and drive progress across approximately 18 active projects in the Data & AI portfolio, while also supporting cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad-hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program
- Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across ~20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multi year)
- Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed
- Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects
- Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
