Maintain and update cost tracking logs for multiple concurrent projects, preparing cash flows, and change order admin.
Input and manage cost forecasts based on estimates provided by Project Managers.
Process and track a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
Perform project accounting using Excel and internal project management platforms.
Collaborate with Project Managers to reconcile budgets and actuals.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for leadership.
Support audit and compliance processes related to project expenditures.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, accounting, or financepreferably in real estate, construction, or facilities.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
Experience with project management or accounting software is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
