The Global Technology Resiliency (GTR) program has moved under the Cybersecurity portfolio to further facilitate the rapid enablement of core resiliency services, governance & operations behind this critical capability. The GTR program encompasses establishing, planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology resiliency services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our leadership teams. We are currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our team and help shape the GTR program for success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to collaborate, strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of program initiatives in partnership with 3rd party vendor, technology and business teams
Drive alignment across teams to successfully achieve established business objectives and goals
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Portfolio team in optimizing processes and tools across programs and projects
Champion program management best practices and processes
Oversee program roadmaps, governance, and resources to ensure optimal results
Anticipate risks and issues, create mitigation plans
Proactively create and track mitigation plans
Organize and facilitate cross-function/project alignment with all applicable stakeholders to accomplish common goals
Establish, manage & deliver change management, communication and reporting plans for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Effectively manage and communicate GTR impacts and interdependencies
Manage program budgets and key milestones

8+ years of program management/industry work experience
Familiarity with Resiliency, Cybersecurity or Disaster Recovery concepts, BCDR
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (agile and waterfall) and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX
Experience working on transformation programs spanning technology capabilities and business imperatives
Expert ability managing program CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Aptitude to learn managed subject matter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
