Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager located in India to support one of the largest athleisure brands. This individual is responsible for the contingent worker lifecycle management which involves collaborating with hiring managers, creating requisitions, sourcing candidates, onboarding, and compliance. They must be very organized and good at multitasking to ensure efficient vendor coordination, quality delivery and that they meet their SLAs. The ideal candidate will have the requirements below.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years working with contingent workforce management, HR or vendor management
- Understand contingent labor models and regional labor laws in India
- MS Office Suite
- Organized and Problem Solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with VMS or MSPs
