Upstream Supply Chain
o Experience with upstream business processes within a global supply chain organization

o Experience managing relationships with vendors and facilities
o Knowledge of industry supply chain risks related to social and environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance
o Familiarity with creating proprietary assessments and understanding and leveraging industry assessments
o Familiarity with managing corrective and preventative action plans
Environmental
o Familiarity with industry tools such as HIGG and ZDHC Gateway
o Understanding of managing risks associated with coal and chemical formulations usage within facility operations
o Familiarity with best practices managing industrial wastewater
Sustainability
o High level understanding of compliance reporting (i.e CSRD ..)
Industry and high-level understanding on monitoring and tools related to
o Labor Compliance
Young Worker and Child labour
Migrant workers and forced labour
Fair Wages and Benefits
Discrimination
Freedom of Association and Grievance
o Environmental, Health, and Safety Compliance

Key Projects (this prob the current scope)
1. RSC Core program related to procuring and deploying a Social and Environmental areas of the Responsible supply chain
2. Vendor LMS related to deploying a LMS platform for partner vendors

- Understand the business context, pain points and underlining requirements from RSC users
- Work with business users to refine the requirements
- Ability to engage with relevant business stakeholders to understand different perspectives
- Understand the technology capabilities, industry trends and technology offerings
- Process oriented thinking, ability to capture and refine the outcome from various inputs and cluttered information
- Clear view and understanding on how the technology can meet the business requirements including technology solutions and associated non tech workarounds
- Develop and own Responsible Supply Chain Technology Roadmap
- Coach and guide business users for optimum solutions
- Translate solutions to clearly defined user stories, in a way that technology /scrum teams can deliver
- Own and manage the product backlog
- Being agile and open minded
- Knowledge on sustainable processes, greenhouse gas calculations, vendor and facility audits and related technologies
- Ability of understanding, creating, mapping, documenting process and decisions
