Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager over RFID technology to join one of North America's largest athlesure wear companies. The day to day job is as follows:
1. RFID Inventory Management
Oversee the daily operations of the in-store RFID network, ensuring every product with an RFID tag is accurately tracked.
Monitor product movement across the storefrom receiving to sales floor to storageusing the NeedApp platform provided by the vendor.
Ensure accurate inventory counts by validating incoming and outgoing product data captured via RFID.
2. Application & System Use
Utilize the NeedApp system to track real-time product movement (e.g., mannequin to shelf, front-of-house to back-of-house).
Troubleshoot and escalate any discrepancies or system issues related to RFID tracking.
3. Inventory Accuracy & Availability
Drive initiatives to improve inventory visibility and availability across the store.
Support store educators and staff in understanding how to manage and locate inventory efficiently using RFID tools.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with key stakeholders including Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and Asset Protection to ensure alignment on inventory goals and security protocols.
Communicate insights and updates to cross-functional teams to support operational decisions.
5. Project Support
Contribute to key projects focused on efficient product movement and inventory optimization.
Assist in setting and tracking inventory targets, and support training efforts to help staff meet stocking and replenishment goals.

35 years of experience in a product management or delivery-focused role, ideally in a retail or technology environment.
Solid understanding of RFID technology and its application in inventory tracking and retail operations.
Proven ability to drive product delivery from concept to execution, with a focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including retail, loss prevention, and asset protection.
Ability to manage timelines and deliverables with a clear end-date in mind
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited scope for renewal or extension.
