Insight Global is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (Senior M365 Engineer) for a top enterprise retail client. This individual will serve as a technical leader and primary owner of Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable service delivery across the organization. The role focuses on identity, security, compliance, and operational excellence while partnering closely with engineering teams to drive automation, optimize performance, and support large-scale enterprise initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or engineer
Experience with Exchange Online, M365 admin center and Entra ID
Minimum experience managing 1-5k users within M365 platform
HR system experience with workday and service now ( experience with workflow automation)
Knowledge of email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and Defender)
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CI/CD pipelines
Terraform and Gitlab experience
Knowledge of compliance tools (Retention, Litigation Hold, eDiscovery)
Experience with M365 licensing and cost optimization
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
