Insight Global is seeking an experienced Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our client in the HCM consulting space on a full-time basis. They will lead the implementation and configuration of ADP Workforce Now/UKG modules for payroll and time tracking. Translate business and compliance requirements into system logic, configuring pay codes, time rules, workflows, and GL mappings in line with Canadian/US legislation. Manage payroll cycles, reconciliations, year-end processes, and resolve system issues. Optimize time and payroll processes, enhance self-service tools, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Oversee testing, data migration, and go-live readiness. Deliver user training, monitor system performance post-launch, and ensure CRA/provincial compliance. Collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, and client teams to maintain data accuracy, streamline reporting, and drive continuous improvement across multi-entity environments. This role will be full remote, but will require the Payroll & implementation Specialist to work PST hours.

-6+ years of experience implementing or configuring ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG
-3-5 years of running end-to-end payroll processing
-PCP or CPM certification
-Deep understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, time tracking rules, and pay period processing
-Hands-on experience with data imports/exports, system integrations, and audit controls
-Strong project coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management skills
-Experience supporting multi-phase rollouts and managing post-implementation enhancements
