Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Store Design team by driving project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between designers, vendors, and leadership, helping the team navigate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining alignment across key milestones and approval gates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Store Design team and project stakeholders to manage project plans and execution.
- Coordinate schedules, timelines, meetings, and key project milestones across multiple initiatives.
- Track deliverables and ensure projects progress through approval gates on time.
- Act as the connective tissue between designers, vendors, and leadership to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure designers have the resources, information, and support needed to complete work efficiently.
- Manage vendor deliverables and hold external partners accountable for timelines and quality expectations.
- Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and risk identification to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–6+ years of Project Management experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong timeline, workflow, and workstream management skills, including managing dependencies, milestones, and approval processes.
- Experience partnering with creative teams (2–3+ years supporting designers, marketers, or other creative stakeholders).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and keep teams aligned.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience managing creative agencies and external vendors for outsourced design or creative projects.
- Background working in retail, store design, architecture, visual merchandising, or creative production environments.
- Experience building project reporting dashboards and executive-level status updates.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
