Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Litigation Administrator to join an enterprise retail company, hybrid out of Vancouver. The successful candidate support the day-to-day organization and administration of the Legal team’s litigation function, ensuring processes run efficiently across multiple workstreams. This role partners closely with the litigation paralegal to provide end-to-end litigation support, including issuing legal holds, managing incoming correspondence, and handling documents such as subpoenas and garnishment orders received through various channels (e.g., Service of Process systems, mail, and ServiceNow). The individual will assist with the preparation and coordination of pleadings, discovery materials, and other legal documents, while maintaining and organizing comprehensive databases and filing systems for litigation records. In addition, the role supports the upkeep of litigation calendars and tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met, while also providing general administrative support to the Legal team and taking on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in legal administration, litigation support or as a litigation legal administrative assistant
Experience in eDiscovery and use of eDiscovery systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills involving multiple tasks and projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Litigation Administrative Assistant Certificate or Diploma
Bachelor's degree
