Insight Global is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a large retail client. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our retail merchandising systems (RMS), retail price management (RPM), and retail sales audit systems (ReSA). You will lead the identification, design, and implementation of integration, modeling, and orchestration of complex data using relevant coding languages.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding business requirements and solution approaches for various initiatives, such as data market expansion and distribution expansion. You will streamline business functionality and support digital initiatives. You will be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB), partnering with other QA teams (digital, retail, supply chain) to design test cases and execution plans, ensuring thorough testing of functionalities. You will support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning and partner with the Test Automation team to develop automation scripts in the inventory area.
With 5+ years of experience in Oracle RMS, you will lead interactions with different stakeholders, support junior workers, and develop test plans to support execution. Your open-minded leadership skills, retail experience, cloud stack experience (AWS), and proficiency in shell scripts and Linux scripts will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
Ensure business requirements, Solution, are understood well and test cases/strategy defined to minimize production defects.
Be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB).
Partner with other QA teams (digital, retail, supply chain), design test cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly tested.
Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning.
Partner with Test Automation team to develop Automation scripts in Inventory area.
