Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Digital Analyst to join the Global Product Analytics team for a large Vancouver-based performance apparel company. This team partners closely with Product Management and User Experience groups to provide the insights, measurement frameworks, and analytics that drive data-informed decisions and enhance digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requests, and develop analytics solutions.
- Serve as a trusted analytics advisor, owning initiatives from data collection and KPI development through insight generation and recommendations.
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate actionable insights to audiences ranging from - Product Managers to senior leadership.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, present findings, and drive alignment on data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining clear communication and project visibility.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years working with digital data, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, marketing, data science, or a related field
• Expert proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and Databricks required
• Proficiency with applied statistics such as time series, regressions, and cluster analysis required
• Experience with PowerBI, Databricks Genie, data modelling, and machine learning strongly preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Copilot Studio or AI agent creation preferred
• Understanding of digital data tagging implementation, data privacy, and PII handling preferred
