Job Description

In this role, you will support business case development and long-term strategic planning processes, including executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across the organization. You will lead performance analysis on DAIM+AI initiatives to drive strategic decision-making and serve as a trusted finance business partner to cross-functional FP&A Analysts, Managers, and Technology Leadership Teams. Additionally, you will maintain and develop new financial reporting dashboards to support team operations and strategic insights, while providing routine reporting, analytics, and commentary on performance metrics. You will also conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide actionable insights as business needs arise. In terms of Capital & Operational Expenditure (Capex) Management, you will support project managers with forecast accuracy, monitoring, and auditing processes, implement policy changes, conduct timesheet analysis, monitor Capex & Opex forecast locks, perform variance analysis, track and report costs, and collaborate with portfolio managers to drive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
4+ years professional experience in industry
Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel and PowerBI
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
Strong ability to adhere to deadlines under pressure, proactive, dependable and solution oriented
Quick learner and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
Excellent team player and ability to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CPA or CA designation
