Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Corporate Paralegal to join their Corporate Services team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with solid Canadian law firm experience who thrives in a corporate governance and compliance environment.
- Update and maintain corporate records for a diverse portfolio of entities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate minute books
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance by adhering to all applicable external laws, industry standards, and government regulations
- Assist with general corporate governance matters and filings

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of corporate paralegal experience within a law firm (Canadian experience required)
- Completion of a Paralegal certificate, diploma, or relevant legal studies program
- Strong understanding of Canadian corporate law and regulatory requirements
- Prior experience in a mid‑to‑large law firm or corporate services environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to entity management software or corporate databases
- Experience assisting with incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, and reorganizations
- Familiarity with extra‑provincial and foreign registrations
