Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, content strategy and public relations efforts. This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that engage target audiences, enhance brand awareness, and drive product adoption globally. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, data-driven marketer, with a strong understanding of product marketing and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging across B2B and B2C.
Market research
- Conduct thorough market research to support the positioning and messaging of our products as well as providing insight to the product teams for future product development
- Working closely with the Customer experience team to gain valuable insights from current customers and prospects. Working with an AI tool to create valuable dashboards and actionable insights
Product Marketing
• Craft clear and compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including the creation of collateral, such as pitch decks, one-pagers and FAQs, to support the sales team in articulating product value.
• Work closely with product teams to understand features, benefits, and use cases to effectively communicate value propositions to customers via different channels.
• Support demand generation campaigns with content that drives lead conversion. Tracking KPIs with the marketing and commercial teams
• Working collaboratively across the organization, being a key part of the marketing and product teams, as well as regular contact with customer experience, sales and client teams
Public Relations & Media Support
• Support the delivery of press releases, media pitches, and executive bylines to secure media coverage.
• Support in managing crisis communications and ensure consistent product messaging across all channels.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing (B2B or B2C).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market and content strategies.
• Knowledge of PR best practices and experience working with media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in SAAS business or FinTech
• Knowledge of multiple languages or experience marketing in different regions.
• Background in journalism, communications, or public relations.
• Experience of using AI enabled sentiment tools
