Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join the Digital Experience Engineering team at one of Canadas leading athletic apparel brands, lululemon, headquartered in Vancouver, BC. This is a 12-month contract position with strong potential for extension. As a Front-End React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of Lululemons web-based Design System and Pattern Library, which powers the digital shopping experience across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, design, and accessibility specialiststo ensure the system is scalable, intuitive, and inclusive.
Contribute to the evolution and upkeep of the Design System and Pattern Library, built with React and documented via Storybook.
Develop reusable, accessible UI components that align with brand standards and support a consistent user experience across Lululemons digital products.
Advocate for and implement WCAG-compliant accessibility standards, ensuring all components are usable by people of all abilities.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and onboarding support to internal teams adopting the design system.
Collaborate with product designers and UX researchers to translate design requirements into performant, maintainable code.
Participate in governance efforts to ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility across all implementations of the design system.
