Job Description

This person will be forecasting and coordinating workloads, motivate and mentor team members, and provide technical oversight on projects. Role also includes developing career paths, conducting performance appraisals, sharing expertise across offices, assisting with proposals, increasing technical capability, acting as a senior client contact, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. This person will be working on Multi-Unit, 6-Story Wood Frame Residential Towers.

Required Skills & Experience

Must hold P.Eng., C.E.T., PL.Eng., or AScT designation in Western Canada.
Must have experience working in the residential buildings engineering field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technology.
Minimum of 5+ years experience under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
Need personable skills for business development.
Must have experience working in the residential buildings engineering field.
Valid class 5 driver’s license.
