Insight Global is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join one of North America's largest Athleisure wear companies. This person will partner with new market and alternative channel teams to identify unique product data and operational requirements while developing and maintaining operating models to support and enable publishing flows for new markets and channels. They will also support the enrichment and optimization of product attributes for global and localized use cases, ensuring digital readiness via our Global Product Catalog Management tool. The chosen candidate will be responsible for building, documenting, and maintaining scalable operational workflows to support ongoing product data needs and also maintain and update data mapping models and documentation to reflect current processes and standards. This person will be working closely with Product management teams and technology teams to provide partners with product data consultations, ensuring clarity on data intent, definitions, and quality.

3-5 years experience in Product Data Management, Digital Catalog Operations, or E-commerce Operations
Experience in global/multi-market product data environments
Strong documentation and process-building skills
Ability to develop and maintain operational workflows for data enrichment, publishing, and governance
Experience in process documentation and optimization
Strong attention to detail (ideally data accuracy)
Ability to consult on product data requirements and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of alternative sales channels (e.g., marketplaces, franchise, B2B, international expansions)
Experience with or understanding of launching and operationalizing product data for new markets, including localization, compliance, and regulatory considerations
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
