Job Description

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH - Insight Global is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to define, lead, and continuously improve quality engineering practices across an financial organization. This position is responsible for shaping quality assurance strategies, managing teams, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years QE, with at least 5 in quality engineering leadership role, in the financial industry.
- Strong background in Test environment management.
- Technical Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience leading quality transformation initiatives in the financial services or similarly regulated industry.
- Leadership & Mentorship to inspire and guide teams.
- Change Management for transforming traditional QA practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience leading transformation initiatives within a mid- to large-sized company.
- A strong background in project management.
- Hands-on experience in technical delivery.
