Insight Global is seeking a CMDB Administrator for a top performance apparel and consumer retail technology organization. This individual will play a critical role in administering and continuously improving the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring trusted, accurate
configuration and asset data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in CMDB governance, discovery, and data integrity, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to enable strong ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM outcomes. This role offers the

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow with strong CMDB ownership
Deep understanding of CMDB concepts (CI lifecycle, relationships, normalization, IRE)
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and/or third-party CMDB integrations- specifically SSCM, Intune, JAMF - and a plus would be MobileIron
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with urgency and ownership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow CIS certification (Discovery, Service Mapping, and/or ITOM)
ServiceNow micro-certifications related to CMDB, CSDM, or Discovery
