Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Chief of Staff for one of our quickly growing technology start up clients. The client is a cleantech startup developing boutique net-zero AI data centres. Purpose: This role is the execution backbone of the CEO and Program Director. The Chief of Staff / Admin ensures documents, meetings, follow-ups, and gate deliverables move on time with zero drop-offs. This is not a clerical role — it is an execution-enabling role. They will CEO and Program Director to keep the 2026 roadmap on track. They manage information flow, document discipline, meeting cadence, and cross-team coordination

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Own executive calendar, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
• Maintain the Master Document Index and ensure latest versions are circulated
• Track action items from weekly execution and gate meetings
• Coordinate internal teams, EPCs, consultants, and external partners
• Prepare board packs, investor updates, and internal status reports
• Enforce document naming, version control, and approval workflows
• Support hiring logistics, onboarding, and contractor coordination

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, PMO, or operations support roles
• Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
• Strong document discipline and written communication
• Comfortable managing multiple threads without dropping details
• High integrity and confidentiality handling
