Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a change manager for an apparel client which is undertaking a multi‑year digital transformation initiative designed to set a new global standard for digital shopping across both web and app experiences. This program lays the foundation for future growth by enabling agile merchandising capabilities, enhanced content ecosystems, and improved localization across key regions worldwide.
The Change Manager is to support the change strategy and execution for our global digital transformation program. This role will partner closely with the program team and the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) organization to ensure consistent, effective, and culturally‑aligned change delivery across multiple markets.
The Change Manager will oversee and guide Change Analysts and will act as the primary lead for discovery, planning, execution, and adoption of change impacts associated with the program.
This role requires someone who has led complex, global, multi‑year transformation initiatives—ideally within digital, eCommerce, or consumer app environments.
Overall:
Lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy and roadmap for a global digital transformation initiative.
Ensure alignment with ECM methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.
Translate program objectives into clear change approaches tailored to regions, markets, and stakeholder groups.
Partner with ECM to ensure consistency while providing day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to Change Analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally supporting complex digital or technology‑enabled transformation programs.
Proven success leading large‑scale, global transformation projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong ability to balance holistic strategy with region‑specific application.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, dotted‑line environment.
