Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Change Leads to support enterprise‑level Supply Chain transformation initiatives within a retail company’s Supply Chain Programs organization. These are high‑impact, execution‑focused change leadership roles supporting complex, multi‑year transformation programs across operations, technology, and business teams. One role is an immediate backfill for an Agile Purchasing Program (AGP), requiring someone who can step into a complex, in‑flight initiative with established change strategy, change‑resistant partners, and minimal ramp‑up time. The second role will support a new Supply Chain transformation program in the sustainability and responsible supply chain (RSC) area, with a target start in May 2026. Both roles will report into the hiring manager and embed closely with their assigned program teams, partnering daily with project managers, training, technology, and product teams to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment. Key responsibilities include:

Execute change management activities end to end across enterprise supply chain transformation programs
Step into in‑flight programs and run established change strategies with minimal oversight (especially for the Agile Purchasing backfill)
For the Sustainability/RSC role, support traceability, claims enablement, and responsible supply chain initiatives in close partnership with legal and compliance teams
Deliver core change work including change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications, training alignment, hypercare, and sustainment
Partner closely with program managers, training leads, technology and product teams to align change activities to delivery timelines
Navigate and actively manage change resistance and change fatigue across highly impacted operational teams
Identify adoption risks and readiness gaps, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate where appropriate
Operate as an embedded change lead, balancing empathy with accountability to drive real adoption
Work autonomously, figure things out quickly, and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments
