Job Description
Insight Global is looking to join a large apparel company which is undertaking a multi‑year digital transformation initiative designed to elevate digital shopping experiences across both web and app platforms. This program enables agile merchandising, enhanced content ecosystems, and improved localization across key global markets. The Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change management activities for this global digital transformation initiative. The Change Analyst will own and drive work streams while providing support to boarder cross regional initiatives. Working closely with partners across global markets, the Change Analyst will help prepare impacted teams for upcoming changes, ensure alignment to ECM standards, and contribute to a consistent, high‑quality change experience across the program.
Overview:
Support the development and execution of change management plans for global digital transformation workstreams.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
Develop communications, presentations, training materials, and adoption assets as needed.
Track adoption metrics, feedback, and readiness indicators to inform future adjustments

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in Change Management or related disciplines
Experience supporting complex digital, tech, or transformation programs.
Strong analytical and documentation capabilities; able to break down complexity into clear, actionable steps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and geographies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small-to-medium workstreams.
