Job Description

- Over 5 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or Digital projects
- Experience partnering with Product Management and UX Design teams to drive cross-functional alignment
- Proficient in gathering and documenting actionable requirements for Catalog Detail Pages or adjacent web application features
Demonstrate expert knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma to facilitate backlog management, documentation, visual collaboration, and requirement traceability

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of Canada's largest retailers. This position is part of a multi-year program and is based in Vancouver, BC, with a requirement of 3-4 days in-office per week for a 18-month contract. In this role, you will be partnering with the Design Systems team and Product Management to deliver actionable requirements for for the Catalog Detail Pages (CDP, PDP, etc) You thrive in highly collaborative environments and excel at connecting dots between product, design, and engineering. You have deep experience supporting design systems and understand their critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality digital experiences at scale. You bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex requirements into actionable work for cross-functional teams.
