Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst – Digital (OMS) for a top retail and eCommerce client. This candidate will play a critical role in shaping digital guest experiences by translating complex business strategies into clear, actionable requirements. Working closely with product managers, business owners, and technology teams, the Business Analyst will help drive roadmap execution, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-impact digital initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience within eCommerce
Strong expertise with Sterling OMS
Experience with Blue Yonder Commits
Proven experience supporting medium-to-large digital initiatives
Background working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Ability to translate business strategy into feature and product roadmaps
Strong stakeholder collaboration across Product, Business, and Technology teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in global digital environments
Familiarity with retail or consumer-facing digital platforms
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
