Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Cyber & AI Business Analyst to support its growing portfolio of technology transformation initiatives. This role will bridge business needs with technical solutions, acting as a critical link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring that Data, AI, and cybersecurity projects deliver measurable value across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with exposure to data, AI, and cybersecurity projects
- Experience working within large enterprises and ambiguous environments
- Experience working on backlogs of projects and evaluating which ones to bring back up to speed
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks eg NIST
- Experience setting up privilege access management, configuring firewall tools, centralizing firewall rules
- Experience with AI and data governance policies
- Comfortability with ambiguity, ad-hoc tasks, and evolving priorities
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work flexibly outside standard hours to coordinate with international colleagues
