Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Banking Paralegal to support one of Vancouver’s leading full-service law firms within their Banking & Financial Services group. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity supporting lawyers and legal assistants on secured lending transactions and a variety of commercial banking matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing transaction files from opening to closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, borrowers, and external counsel, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
Completion of a recognized Paralegal program
3-4 years of experience working as a paralegal, 1-2 years in banking, secured lending, commercial transactions, or a related practice area;
Strong understanding of lending transactions, PPSA registrations, and corporate due diligence processes
Experience preparing and reviewing transaction documentation and closing materials
Familiarity with BC corporate registries, PPSA systems, and related government filing platforms
Must have Canadian experience

Having managed files end to end
