Insight Global is looking to hire a dynamic Back-end Developer to lead the development and maintenance of service-side logic, collaboration with front-end developers and more. We are seeking a highly skilled Python and DevOps Software Engineer with extensive experience in AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices to join our client dynamic Micro Web App platform (MWAP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building custom software and CLIs from the ground up, for delivering, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure and application workloads. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure applications/workloads and data delivery/consumption solutions on AWS.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure applications and workloads on AWS using Python, Boto, and Terraform CDK.
Develop data delivery and consumption solutions on AWS.
Build reusable instances of enterprise-grade workloads and shared libraries for web-based (mobile/desktop) applications/services.
Automate the entire SDLC from repository creation using templating engines to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure delivery automation, and integration testing solutions.
Deliver a variety of workload use cases, including Micro Front Ends (JS Web apps), Data/Middle Tier GraphQL, backend Data and API Services, and shared libraries used across the Lululemon organization.

5+ years of experience in back-end software development with a focus on Python
Proficiency in Python, Boto, Terraform HCL, and Terraform CDK.
3+ years of experience working with AWS infrastructure.
3+ years of experience working with CI/CD tooling/platforms, GitLab preferred.
