Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to help establish and scale a top client's AI governance framework while contributing hands-on to the development of foundational AI platforms. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, security, and engineering, ensuring AI tools are used responsibly, securely, and in alignment with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain governance and compliance policies related to enterprise AI tooling and usage
- Define and enforce limitations and guardrails for AI tool adoption across the organization
- closely with Security and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on compliance standards, risk management, and governance practices
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on AI governance while collaborating with other engineers who build supporting platforms such as license management systems
- Support and govern AI tools and platforms including GitHub, Copilot, OpenAI, Codex, and similar technologies

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role
- Demonstrated experience with AI governance, compliance, or regulatory frameworks, with the ability to clearly articulate governance practices and controls
- Hands-on experience using AI engineering tools and coding with modern AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with security, engineering, and compliance stakeholders
- Proven ability to balance technical execution with governance and risk considerations

- Architectural level of AI coding
