Job Description

The Project Lead in Engineering (PLE) supports the execution of capital sustainment and other engineering‑driven projects by serving as the central coordination point between PMO, Operations, and Engineering Supervisors. While not acting as an Engineer of Record, the PLE oversees the organization and alignment of cross‑disciplinary engineering teams throughout detailed design, ensuring clear communication, well‑defined deliverables, and consistent progress toward key milestones.
This role focuses on project management within the engineering domain—driving schedule adherence, managing documentation, monitoring risks, supporting consultant performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.

The PLE ensures engineering resources are effectively coordinated, project requirements are clearly understood, and all technical documentation is completed and properly stored to support safe, efficient project delivery.
