Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise PMO for a large insurance client. The successful candidate will lead complex projects across operations, marketing, product, HR, finance, and technology, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications. Working closely with stakeholders and vendors, the candidate will oversee RFPs end-to-end and ensure solutions align with organizational needs. Additionally, they will guide projects from planning through handoff, mentor junior managers, and provide clear updates to leadership. Finally, the candidate will champion continuous improvement through reviews and process enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, including SaaS implementations
Skilled at navigating matrix organizations and diverse stakeholder groups
Experienced in managing RFPs from requirements through vendor selection
Clear communicator across executive, technical, and operational audiences
Strong relationship building experience with internal teams and external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management
Self-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering quality outcomes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, Agile, Change Management)
Background in insurance or business transformation
