Insight Global is seeking a Sr Salesforce Engineer to join a large retail client in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will analyze Salesforce technical debt and implement effective solutions. You will also participate in monitoring activities, including security reviews, release updates, and code reviews of other developers. Your contributions will extend to Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integration capabilities.
As a member of the Center of Excellence team, you will focus on best practices and address tech debt items, such as data model system migration within the Service Cloud ecosystem. This includes migrating large volumes of data across various systems or internally. You will engage in discovery sessions with internal product managers to understand the impact of your work on product teams and contribute to foundational changes in Salesforce mechanisms. Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to manage database migrations are essential for this role.
