Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple initiatives within the PLM and retail operations space, with a strong emphasis on footwear projects. This PM should thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and demonstrate a strong go‑getter mentality, driving clarity, momentum, and results across cross‑functional teams. This PM will be expected to coordinate work across business teams, integration teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth execution, clarity of decisions, and on‑time delivery.
This is a functional, people‑focused PM role, driving clarity, removing blockers, and ensuring continuous progress.

Required Skills & Experience
Lead and facilitate footwear stand‑ups and recurring work sessions.
Proven ability to thrive in highly ambiguous environments and bring clarity where needed.
Strong self‑starter / go‑getter mindset with the ability to take initiative without constant direction.
Comfortable driving progress, following up on decisions, and removing roadblocks proactively.
Participate directly in meetings with business stakeholders and PLM teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
Support and coordinate with the PLM Outbound Integration team, assisting the product manager with smaller tasks as needed.
Run stand‑ups for additional teams and track all related action items, decisions, and dependencies.
Monitor progress, follow up on decisions, and surface roadblocks early.
Drive organization, communication, and momentum across multiple parallel retail‑focused projects.
Take initiative- identify gaps, propose next steps, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintain project documentation and timelines across tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tempo, Miro, and MS Office.
