Business Systems Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a product manager to join a platform team within a large retail client on a remote capacity. This Product Manager will be working on a customer-facing front-end payment system. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in the e-commerce payment field to lead the product management over this project.

They will delve into the details of the order management system, which is embedded in SAP, to ensure accurate data mapping and seamless integration with other systems. This includes managing the integration of the return system and mapping data between systems, as well as handling API integrations for the reverse logic Narvar return system.

-- 3-5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Order Management experience and in a retail environment
- Familiar working in an environment with API’s, Microservices and cloud services experience
- Ecommerce or Omni Channel experience within retail domain
- Desire to progress into Product Management role in their future
- Strong communication and ability to converse with technical and nontechnical resources

- Technical background running integration scripts
- Experience with Narvar for returns tracking
- Experience with reverse logic for returns processing
