Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Intranet Content Migration Administrator to support the transition from the organization’s existing intranet to a new modern platform. This position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, updating, and migrating content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability. The role collaborates closely with subject matter experts, departmental content owners, and project leads to deliver a seamless and user friendly digital workplace experience. It is a full-time hybrid role out of the client's headquarters in Langley, BC.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience with content management systems and supporting content migration initiatives
• Hands-on experience with content management platforms such as: SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Claromentis, Simpplr, Unily
• Experience working with various articles of data and content formats
• Ability to collaborate with content owners and SME's to validate material and determine optimal presentation prior to migration
• Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SharePoint and Claromentis
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and ownership of decisions
• Excellent communication skills
