Job Description

Day to day:

-Data Entry into PowerSuite and other internal databases for lab data and bulk tracking operations

-Organizing and filing plant paperwork

-Creating and printing hazardous waste labels for outbound loads

-Assisting in plant receiving and drum staging

-Filing, typing, and general clerical duties

-Responsible for adherence to all applicable Canadian Healthcare Engineer Society (CHES) polices









Insight Global is looking for a facility coordinator for one of our clients in the environmental services research industry. As a member of the facilities team you will be responsible for the clerical operations of the plant from coordinating deliveries to requesting purchase orders. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who is process oriented.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of clerical experience

High school degree

Experience in Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience using a payport and inventory tracking system

Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations
