Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a leading beverage manufacturing client. This individual will be responsible for leading packaging operations, driving production performance, ensuring safety and quality standards are achieved, and developing a high-performing workforce within a unionized manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager will oversee can and keg production, manage departmental budgets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors degree in engineering, science, business
• 5 years experience in a related role
• Working knowledge of environment, health and safety regulations
• Experience in brewing, packaging and quality (or combination)
• Experience working in a unionized environment
• Strong computer skills
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills required
Willingness to work as needed outside of regular business hours
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Direct brewery operations experience.
