Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help evolve a global gaming organization's shared multiplayer platform, including matchmaking configuration, session flows, observability, and experimentation tooling. This role partners closely with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical requirements, define clear product direction, and improve multiplayer reliability, scale, cost efficiency, and developer experience. You will work across central tech groups, support adoption through strong documentation and communication, and help stabilize an area with recurring challenges by driving clarity, iteration loops, and alignment. This role suits someone who enjoys engaging deeply with engineers, translating technical detail into product requirements, and solving core technology problems within a large, complex organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of product management or PM like experience in a highly technical, engineering centric environment (core tech, backend, server systems).
• Strong ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers/architects and translate complex details into clear product requirements, iterations, and documentation.
• Proven experience gathering and synthesizing requirements across multiple technical teams (infrastructure, data, identity, central platform).
• Fluency with cloud connected or client–server products, and operating within large organizations (2000+ employees).
• Proficiency with Jira, Google Docs, GitHub, and a data informed mindset focused on reliability, scale, cost, and adoption.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in gaming, multiplayer, or game server execution
Curiosity about game server ecosystems (blogs, talks, postmortems)
Prior engineering or technical program management background
Experience with live service systems requiring uptime and reliability
Familiarity working in platform/infrastructure environments
