Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented Automation QA Engineer to join one of the largest auctioneering companies in North America. This person will have experience in Salesforce automation testing and integrations, specifically with Marketing Cloud. However this role will primarily focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of Sales Cloud enhancements, with lighter involvement in Marketing Cloud development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, primarily within Sales Cloud.
Test the integration of web forms with Salesforce using Web-to-Lead functionality to automate lead generation and transfer to Marketing Cloud.
Support testing efforts for enhancements and redevelopment in Sales Cloud.
Provide QA support for Salesforce mobile applications, including account, contact, and opportunity views.
Optimize and validate Salesforce Maps for territory planning, customer plotting, and route optimization.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
Experience testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce integration testing.
Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and integration tools such as postman
Experience with testing Salesforce mobile applications, including Maps and Sales Cloud.
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and Apex for testing purposes.
Strong knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
