Job Description
As a key member of the Oracle Cloud ERP Phase Two Finance Project, you will lead the system integration workstream for the companies multi-year Finance transformation initiative. This project involves replacing multiple legacy finance and procurement systems with a unified Oracle Cloud ERP solution and building numerous integrations with other operational systems. You will coordinate across 6–7 engineering teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead Integration Workstream: Own the end-to-end delivery of system integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and legacy systems.
Design & Oversight: Drive integration design for Oracle Cloud ERP—not just the legacy touchpoints.
Project Coordination: Act as a virtual Scrum Master, organizing daily and weekly touchpoints (including twice-weekly status updates) to track progress, names, and dates.
Cross-Team Leadership: Lead across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent updates on progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively to keep timelines on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Integration Expertise: Oversee technical integration projects using modern technologies (Web Services, REST APIs, middleware).
Follow-Up & Drive: Maintain momentum by following up with teams and pushing for results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
5+ years managing complex system integration projects.
Proven track record with cloud ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred).
Experience with middleware and modern integration technologies (Web Services, REST APIs, SOA).
Familiarity with integrations involving Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
Skills:
Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Intangibles:
High drive and persistence—comfortable being persistent when needed.
