Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Oracle FA to join one of North America's larges Auctioneering companies. You’ll lead and support initiatives focused on implementing, enhancing, and integrating Oracle Financials—primarily within Oracle e-Business Suite R12 and Oracle ERP Cloud. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Oracle Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable, and a strong understanding of finance processes and system design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable modules.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and validate changes through testing and training.
Support Oracle implementations and upgrades, including GAP analysis, re-engineering, and new release functionality.
Partner with developers, QA analysts, and other functional analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Day-to-Day Focus
Drive the implementation of Oracle Advanced Collections for RB Global, including design from scratch, customization, and testing.
Work closely with the Manager of Collections and finance teams to define and refine business processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Design and test interfaces and reports, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
Support related modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Finance applications, including EBS and Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Oracle financial modules—especially Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collections in EBS.
Proven experience in functional design, interface/report development, and functional testing.
Strong understanding of customer data and its relationship to collections processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
