Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Salesforce Manual QA Analyst to join a global auctioneering company. This role requires someone who can ramp up quickly, operates with minimal oversight, and is excited to be part of a collaborative, agile environment. You will play a key role in enabling developers to deliver high‑quality Salesforce features and integrations.
You’ll work closely with a team of experienced QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery across ongoing and short‑lived projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and related business workflows.
Day-to-Day
Participate in daily Scrum meetings and standard Agile ceremonies.
Intake and manage Jira tickets from the development team, ensuring clarity of requirements and test expectations.
Collaborate with three other QA analysts to build deep domain knowledge, share best practices, and support cross-team QA alignment.
Execute manual UI testing across Salesforce and related applications.
Use tools such as Postman, Salesforce CLI, and Data Loader to validate data, APIs, integrations, and backend processes.
Work within regular sprints, maintaining high test coverage and clear reporting for all RBFS initiatives.
Test and validate business workflows, automation, and end‑to‑end processes across multiple integrated systems.
Investigate and traverse external systems when needed to produce or validate test data.
Support testing of Salesforce integrations—less complex than those in the broader enterprise org (e.g., CDP).

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of QA experience, with a strong emphasis on manual testing.
Strong soft skills, collaboration, communication, team fit, and ability to work closely with QA leads and developers are critical.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce functionality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience testing integrations and working across multiple systems to generate or validate test data.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot across UI, workflows, and backend processes.
No strict tool requirements, strong Salesforce comprehension and testing capability will stand out.
