Insight Global is looking for a Machine Learning Operations to join a large organization remotely in Montreal. This person will be collaborating with Machine Learning Developers, Data Science and Data Architecture for the design and implementation of machine learning systems. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of building end-to-end ML lifecycle management including data extraction and processing, model training and versioning, evaluation, and deployment. They will be creating ML pipelines for automation and efficiency of ML development and deployment tasks. This person will oversee the maintenance, testing and monitoring of these ML systems as well as implementing best practices for the group.

- 4+ years experience as a software engineer with 2 years experience in an ML Ops role or with similar experience.
- Experience with cloud computing and data management, as well as a strong understanding of ML practices
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform,
- Experience CI/CD practices (Github, Gitlab and Jenkins)
- Understanding of data structure, data modelling, data architecture and data analyst workflows in a ML model lifecycle
- Experience working in an Agile environment
