Insight Global is looking for an Advanced Data Analyst to join a large AAA gaming client hybrid in Hyderabad for an 18-month contract with possibility to convert to permanent. This person will be joining the centralized data team and focus on formulating a rubric to measure AI adoption at an executive level. The Advanced Analyst is required to push thinking on potential models of measurement as well as have the seniority to work with high-level stakeholders. A Senior Data Analyst will be able to provide support to you in the second part of this assignment, where you will be working through the implementation of the models, gathering data, and working together to continue to iterate based on the insights coming after implementation. Your work will span across 8 business units and at least 9 AI tools, meaning something with previous experience at an enterprise level setting up frameworks or rubrics for transformation, innovation and/or strategy implementation will have transferrable experience to hit the ground running in this position.

Enterprise level experience building out frameworks, metrics, and/or rubrics for measuring transformation, innovation, and/or strategy implementation
5+ years experience in Data Analyst role
Advanced proficiency with SQL for large data sets
Proficient in a visualization tool: either Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
Statistical knowledge (descriptive, predictive)
Proficiency with R/Python for standard manipulations and visualizations
Good communicator, storyteller, and independent problem solver with good business senses and able to present to high-level stakeholders when needed
Machine learning experience
