Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead follow-up
Generate new revenue by selling insurance coverage and managing opportunities in CORE
Maintain and grow an existing book of business
Stay current on client business issues and available coverage options
Deliver a high standard of client service by proactively anticipating and meeting client needs
Attend client meetings in the Coastal trading area and participate in industry and company events
Continue professional development to enhance skills and performance
Perform other duties as required

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
Proven experience in sales process and account management
Level 2 General Insurance License

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Recognized industry certification preferred (CAIB, CIP, CRM, BCIT Risk Management, etc.)
