Insight Global is looking to hire on multiple Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for a large company in the West Memphis, Arkansas area. This will be 2nd shift working 6:00pm-6:30am and will require candidates to be fully onsite. Their schedule is 2 x 2 x 3 (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, etc). This candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery in the facility. This is mainly working on conveyor belts and bottling machinery. This role involves performing regular preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

- Experience working in the food manufacturing industry
- At least 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Reliable and willing to work 2nd shift hours
- Experience working on manual and automated production lines
- Packaging experience
