Accountant

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a hands‑on Accountant responsible for full‑cycle accounting and day‑to‑day financial support at a manufacturing plant. This role supports journal entries, month‑end close, and general accounting operations while reporting into plant finance leadership. The accountant will assist with basic payroll and timekeeping tasks, including timecard edits and administrative support. The role also supports cost accounting efforts and sales and use tax activities as needed. This role will be expected to work onsite in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, working closely with plant and operations teams. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary: 80-100k/yr
BR: 67/hr-85/hr

3–5 years of general accounting experience

Full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close

Journal entries and general ledger support

Payroll and timekeeping administration (basic, non‑technical)

Manufacturing or plant‑based accounting exposure

Experience supporting cost accounting or sales & use tax
